⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Romantic Getaway in Portsmouth, NH My husband and I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how absolutely stunning the home was—elegant, warm, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. Sabrina, the host, is truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The home was stocked with an amazing assortment of snacks and amenities, and it was clear that no detail was overlooked. At every point, Sabrina made sure we didn’t go without anything and that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We were looking for a romantic getaway, and this experience exceeded every expectation. It was relaxing, intimate, and honestly the best time my husband and I have had in a long while. The atmosphere, the hospitality, and the overall experience were simply perfect. We will absolutely be coming back and booking again. A+++ Thank you!!!

The Tug Boat unit was great! Right out the front door are the docks for the tug boats and harbor. The location couldn’t be better. It is located right in the middle of shops, restaurants, galleries and bars. There is so much to do right out the front door. The unit was very clean and is located in a beautifully restored building with brick walls and wooden beams. Everything was easily located within the unit because of the labels placed throughout. The unit was thoughtfully decorated and made it feel like home. Sabrina did a great job explaining directions to the unit and parking spot and also included pictures. Nice job!! There were snacks and coffee/tea that were a nice touch. It was a little noisy in the evening but that should be expected with the amount of foot traffic the area brings. There were also fold up chairs and a table to put outside to enjoy the beautiful scenery and people watch if you are into that. Overall it was a fantastic stay. Thank you!

My wife and I were in town for a concert and to check out Portsmouth by foot for the first time. This location could not have been better - once we parked (yes, we did accept the parking through Sabrina and we're glad we did) we never touched the car again until leaving. Portsmouth is very walkable and this allowed us easy access to everything. A concert at the Press Room was maybe a three minute walk? The view was pleasant, and the ships in the harbor weren't loud enough to bother us. Communication with Sabrina was some of the best I've ever experienced with an AirBNB host - she deserves major kudos for being pleasant and easy to message. Modernizing of the historic unit has been focused on the living space and bedroom, so the kitchen and bathroom do feel a little dated, but Portsmouth is an old town and that's just how things can be sometimes. All in all we really enjoyed this spot and would certainly consider it again in the future.

This place has a great location in the heart of Portsmouth’s restaurants and shops. Spent one night here with my wife and mom. We found the place comfortable, and it was fun to be able to have the top half of the door open to enjoy views of the water. Had a fun 24 hours exploring the shops and trying the fabulous food in the area. There is a spice shop right below the unit that we fell in love with, highly recommend going down there to check it out! Also we stumbled into the restaurant Black Trumpet, which was so delicious- highly recommend! Parking: We had a car and were able to pay a nightly rate to the owner to park the car in a lot down the block. There is a small unloading zone in front of the unit that we used to drop off luggage before parking the car.

Our stay at Sabrina‘s place was wonderful. Everything was exactly as she described. Her interaction and directions for things were spot on. Everything was easy and smooth. The location you can’t beat. Walkable to pretty much everything in Portsmouth. The view from the balcony overlooks the tugboat and the river, which is amazing. The apartment is just as she described. It was comfortable and well kept and perfectly quiet at night. I would definitely recommend her parking option. It’s easy and a 30sec. walk from the apartment. We had a great time and I’m sure we’ll be back!

This is the place to stay. The view alone is priceless. It was great to sit on the little deck and watch the boats, especially tug boats in the water. This was a very walkable and safe location. The Airbnb was exactly as described. This worked perfectly for two adults and a three year old. We also paid for a parking spot with Sabrina. It was a block or two down the road, but not a bad walk. The street that the Airbnb is on has several bars and restaurants, along with shops. My only complaint, along very minor, I wish there would have been a dishwasher.
